Refunds

Listheim organizers are instant digital downloads, sold through our Etsy shop. Once your file is delivered — which happens immediately after purchase — it can’t be returned the way a physical product can, so satisfaction-based refunds are not offered. This is standard practice for instant-download digital products.

Technical issues are the exception. If you can’t access, download, or open your file because of a technical problem — a corrupted file, a delivery failure, a missing or incomplete page — email Operations@listheim.com within 30 days of purchase. We will re-deliver the file, troubleshoot the problem, or replace the affected pages. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll issue a full refund through Etsy.

Etsy Purchase Protection is a separate program operated by Etsy. If you open a case with Etsy, that process follows Etsy’s terms, independent of this policy.

Who runs this site

listheim.com is run by Listheim, a trade name of Analyticus Enterprises LLC. It is not run by Etsy. Purchases happen on Etsy, under Etsy’s terms.

You fill in Listheim organizers on your own device. Listheim never sees, stores, or transmits what you write. See the privacy page for what this website and the free checks collect.
